Last year I bought ice pop molds and made an insane amount of homemade ice pops. This year, I’m excited to start doing so again. The only problem is I keep making more than we can possibly eat and ice pops are hard to gift to others. I might have to throw a summer party just to get rid of all these popsicles!
My latest creation are these coconut cream pops. They are made of coconut milk and heavy cream which gives them an ice cream-like texture. Stay tuned for more summer creations!
Coconut Cream Ice Pops
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- sugar to taste
Instructions
- Blend all ingredient in blender until smooth. Pour batter into ice pop molds and freeze for several hours until set. Remove according to manufacturer product instructions.
I love coconut ice cream, so I’ll definitely be saving this recipe! 🙂
