I recently fiddled around with our favorite peanut butter cookie recipe. I love that the cookies are flourless but you would never guess.
These cookies require just a few basic ingredients. You can make this with regular peanut butter as well but I only had Chocolate Peanut Butter on hand.
They are perfect when you need something quick and easy or for a personal treat.
Flourless Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Serves: 12-15
Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate peanut butter (you can replace with regular peanut butter, use store-bought and not natural pb)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line two cookie sheets with silpat mats or parchment paper. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in bowl and stir with large wooden spoon until fully combined and smooth batter forms. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Make dough balls about 1 inch in diameter and place onto cookie sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake cookies about 11 minutes. Let cookies fully cool on sheets before removing, otherwise cookies will break apart.
Looks absolutely delicious. Thanks for the recipe.
Definitely give it a try!
they look yummy!
