Recently on a shopping trip, I bought some mini Cadbury eggs. I didn’t quite understand why they were supposed to be better than all the other chocolate egg candies out there, but people assured me the Cabdury one was better. And sure enough, the solid milk chocolate is quite creamy.
I still wish they were filled with creme, but they were still tasty. I used them to make these festive brownies just in time for Easter. Hope everyone has a great Sunday. Mr. P and I are enjoying some time with family and friends and then going to look for discounted Easter candy!
- 1 pack ghiradelli brownie mix (and all the oil/eggs required per the box instructions)
- 1 cup of mini milk chocolate cadbury eggs
- Make brownies according to instructions. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9 x 9 baking pan. Pour in prepared brownie batter. Spread mini eggs over surface of batter. Bake according to brownie box instructions
